2. Merchant Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all commercial activities conducted under your store profile. You agree to utilize Sleqon exclusively for lawful commercial and trade operations.
3. Service Availability
Sleqon strives for continuous 99.9% uptime. While we deploy robust cloud failovers, periodic maintenance or network outages beyond our control may occur. We maintain automated multi-hour backups to safeguard your transactional ledger.
